notes - day 4, and not a lot is happening so far today, been rewriting sections of the first two chapters. in a good way, that is, ie a way that makes them better to read (hopefully) and adds to the word count (and hopefully not just for the sake of it). yesterday went not bad, got half way through chapter 5, started rambling and then did a weird cut - i'll need to go through that again, see if i am happy with where that is going and how to bring it round to where i need it to go. then of course the chunk of explanation for what the hell is actually going on that i hand wrote also needs to be typed up and added to the word count.

did you know that one day a wolf will eat the sun?
i can't remember his name, but yeah, it's a myth type thing.
some mornings when i get up it is so dark.
i think it is already happened.
i think i must have missed it.
or maybe the wolf ate the sun while i was sleeping?
but then the sun comes up. sooner or later.
